1. Purpose: The cylinder mixer is one of the important equipment in the sintering and pelletizing system. It can be used for raw material mixing, granulation, coal rolling and other purposes to meet the requirements of the sintering machine for raw materials.
2. Structure and characteristics: The transmission structure of the cylinder mixer mainly includes gear transmission and rubber wheel transmission. Gear ring transmission has the characteristics of large transmission torque and long life, but it is noisy; rubber wheel transmission can use solid or hollow pneumatic tires, which has the characteristics of smooth transmission and low noise, but the rubber wheel wears a lot and requires a lot of replacement. Gear ring transmission has the characteristics of large transmission torque and long life, but it is noisy; the rubber wheel transmission can use solid or hollow pneumatic tires, which has the characteristics of smooth transmission and low noise, but the rubber wheel wears a lot and requires more replacement times. The transmission device of rubber wheel transmission can be placed in the middle or at both ends according to user requirements. All equipment has a left and right transmission installation form.
In order to improve the mixing effect, the cylinder is equipped with a lifting plate; in order to prevent sticking of the material, the cylinder is also equipped with a whole or part of the liner. The liner is available in various forms such as metal, wear-resistant rubber, oil-containing nylon, and polymer materials for users to choose from.
(3) The inclination angle of the drum machine: it should be determined according to the mixing time and the function of the mixer. Generally, the first mixing is not more than 3o, and the second mixing is about 1.5o.
(4) Mixing time: According to practical experience, the mixing time can generally be set at no less than 5 minutes, of which the first mixing is set to minutes, and the second mixing is about 3 minutes. The mixing time has a lot to do with the various types of raw materials and the ball formation.
(5) The filling rate of the circular mixer: 10~20% for the first mixing, 10~15% for the second mixing.
